Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date on all clothing only. All sale items, head wear and accessories are a final sale.
If you purchased a product online and wish to return it, please follow the requirements below:
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn
- Hangtags must be attached
- All garments are subject to inspection
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
If you wish to return an item, please send an email to info@neechiegear.com with your Order ID, Name, Item(s) Returning, & Reason for Return.

A flat rate of $9.95 is charged for shipping anywhere in Canada. (Allow 3-5 days for delivery)
A flat rate of $25.00 is charged for shipping anywhere outside of Canada.
Pre-order items will be shipped 7-10 days after order is purchased.
